1. Strictly for serious buyers ONLY.

2. All items sold are brand new and in excellent condition unless stated otherwise.

3. As all items are custom sewed, each item comes in 3-5 pairs per design/colours/size and ONLY ONE design for fabric/materials (such as cotton textile).

4. First come first serve basis. Buyers who can make immediate payment are given preference.

5. Reservations are only allowed for up to 24hrs. If payment is not made within 2 days after confirmation, the item(s) will be released to the next buyer.

6. No exchanges, refunds and cancellations allowed once payment is made.

7. Prices are not negotiable.

8. Actual colour of item may vary slightly due to lighting conditions.

Postage and delivery procedure

-Only when payment is received, the items will be sent out for delivery.

-An email for delivery notification will be given to respective customer and usually it will take 1-5working days for the item to reach the customer.
